Aromatase is the enzyme responsible for converting androgens into estrogens. 4-OHA prevents the production of the estrogen hormones by irreversibly binding and inactivating the aromatase enzyme preventing the conversion of androgens to estradiol and estrone. ESTRO Xtreme Suggested Use

• Directions: As a dietary supplement take one (1) capsule, one (1) to three (3) times per day with three (3) hours between doses. Use this product during the last half of an eight (8) to twelve (12) week pro-anabolic cycle and/or take post cycle for four (4) to six (6) weeks to block estrogen. Do not exceed six (6) capsules per day or twelve (12) weeks of continuous use.
