Opened products may not be returned

Unopened products may be returned within 30 days to store location or by mail for full credit minus shipping charges.

To return in store bring a copy of your invoice.

To return the item(s) by mail, simply send them in a carefully sealed box to:

Include your name, order number, phone number, the reason you are returning the item, and then let us know if you would like an in store credit (minus shipping) or an exchange. We will take care of this for you within 24 hours of the time it arrives back to us, and we will e-mail you to let you know that we received it. We can not be responsible if the item is lost or broken during shipment to us. Customer is responsible for return shipping charges.
