Super Charge Suggested Use

• Suggested Use: Depending on desired workout intensity, mix 1 scoop (intense workout) or 2 scoops (Super Intense) with 10-16 oz. of water. Take on an empty stomach 15 minutes prior to working out. To avoid sleeplessness, do not consume late at night. Do not exceed more than 32g serving per day.
