Mix one scoop into 8-10oz of water 20-30 minutes prior to your workout. If you are new to Outlift Amped, we suggest starting with a half of scoop to assess your tolerance and gradually increase over time. Avoid consuming within 4-5 hours of sleep to prevent sleep disruption.

Each serving contains 388 mg of caffeine, about as much as 2 cups of strong coffee.
