D-Fine8: Advanced users may mix 1 scoop with up to 180 - 230ml (6 - 8oz) of water or beverage of choice. New users and those sensitive to stimulants should start with ½ scoop, to assess their personal tolerance. Consume 15-30 minutes prior to exercise. Tastes best cold. Do not exceed 1 ½ scoops per day.
Melt: For optimal fat burning effect, take 2 gelcaps in the morning and 2 gelcaps in the evening.
